THE 6-STEP HIRING PROCESS 

  1. Complete Application

  2. Complete and pass CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test) 

  3. Written Examination

  4. Panel Interview

  5. Chief's Interview

  6. Receive Conditional Offer contingent on successful completion of:

    • clear background check and screening

    • physical

    • psychological evaluation

    • drug screening

OUT OF TOWN APPLICANTS:  PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE AVAILABLE SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS.
